Jared and I went to the Admirals game on Friday night to celebrate his birthday and we were in the second row! Right up front and center, next to the penalty box for the opposing team, which would have been more exciting if someone from the opposing team had had to go into the penalty box during the game. We won 8-4, and during one of the breaks, they had this contest to see who could throw their puck closest to the bullseye on the ice. Well, being in the second row did have its disadvantages, because those that could not throw their puck hard enough, ended up hitting us in the head with theirs. Luckily, we made it out of there unscathed.
